Pellet Transfer and Scanning Station

The goal of this project was to design a mechanism to transfer linear pellet (cylindrical in shape) motion from the laser diameter and length inspection section to the scroll roller inspection section and back to linear motion at current production rates. I modeled over half of the parts in this design
